It allows me to get a 1:1 ratio for photography of tiny things up close and personal. It can also be used as a fast glass portrait lens as it has “infinity” focus. Here are a few shots I took around the house for you to see. This lens is as sharp as a tack & I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get into macro photography.
